Come and join us at our MYP founders panel! Think sharper insights, smarter conversations and practical takeaways, all in the MYP way with the social connection you know and love.

Hosted at the brand new Colony co-working space on King Street, right in the heart of the city centre. Followed by snacks and refreshments. The event will include the chance to attend the new Colony space and hear from 3 inspiring founders and our host Tarisiro.

During this event, expect to hear from our panel of local entrepreneurs who have some great success stories and will pass on their knowledge to the next group of entrepreneurs who will lead the city forward. There will be a chance to ask questions and get learnings on what the panel wish they knew sooner to aid success.

Our host – Tarisiro Fundira

Tarisiro is a Chartered Civil Engineer at Arup working on major infrastructure projects. As well as the founder of Learn Shona, which is a global platform preserving Zimbabwe’s Shona language through videos, music and animation. Reaching 1M+ people, his work makes language learning creative, accessible and culturally rich.

Ellis Bennett

Ellis set out to reinvent accountancy, moving beyond compliance to offer ongoing support, sharper insights and real business advice. When he couldn’t find it, he built it.

EA Accountancy focuses on the right clients and building strong relationships with startup founders and young entrepreneurs in Manchester. 

This grew quickly and as client needs evolved, so did the business, becoming The Ellis Group. Today, it combines EA Accountancy (financial clarity & strategy) and eAgency (growth support), giving founders both financial insight and growth expertise in one place.

Kate Jackson

Founder & Director of Osana Studio, a South Manchester based interior design studio specialising in elevated commercial spaces. With 10+ years’ experience across hospitality, retail and property, Kate creates soulful, contemporary environments rooted in storytelling, flow and materiality.

Kate brings ideas to life through thoughtful palettes, bespoke joinery and tailored finishes. Open to design collaborations, creative partnerships and conversations on how space shapes how we live and work.
