MYP Health & Well-being – Condition class with M3 Perform

After four months of virtual classes, we’re excited to announce two indoor condition classes with M3 Perform on Sunday 26th July. The M3 trainers will be taking you through your paces and as usual, it’s likely to be a big session ???

M3 have been running their outdoor classes for the past couple of weeks and of course, will be ensuring that they are adhering to all government guidelines to enable us all to workout in a safe environment. Your health and safety will continue to be our main priority, with extra measures in place to ensure this is the case.

All you have to do is book your place in the usual way and we look forward to seeing you there on 26th July! Please arrive 15 mins before the session so we can begin on time.
