MYP Health & Well-being – Outdoor class with M3 Perform

After four months of virtual classes, we’re excited to announce two outdoor condition classes with M3 Perform on Sunday 26th July. The M3 trainers will be taking you through your paces and as usual, it’s likely to be a big session ???

M3 have been running their outdoor classes for the past couple of weeks and of course, are ensuring that they are adhering to all government guidelines to enable us all to workout in a safe environment.

All you have to do is book your place in the usual way and we look forward to seeing you there on 26th July!
