To kick start 2020, we are delighted to announce a new series of January events supported by Aurelius Legal and Qonnectd.

A Pilates-Physio fusion class designed to optimise core stability, postural awareness, flexibility and to prevent injury. It’s gentle but also challenging, providing the perfect workout. Led by Emma Wild, a qualified and clinically trained senior physiotherapist.

The class will be followed by some prosecco and light bites!
