We’re very excited to have Lianne from Flow Yoga UK hosting a special Yoga class on Zoom next Tuesday morning.
The class will be a 60 minute Vinyasa Yoga practice, including 10 minutes of relaxation at the end. In this style of Yoga, each pose will be held for around 5 breaths however the class will still very much feel like a continual flow of movement and breathing.
There will be variations of more challenging poses given so if you’ve never done Yoga before you will still be fine to join in. All you will need is a Yoga mat (or make space on the carpet if you don’t have a mat), one chunky pillow and a blanket for relaxation.
