Whilst our MYP Mentoring initiative has been opening doors, it’s time for us to re-open the application window. This is the time to ask questions and seek advice outside your work circle; this is the insiders’ circle.

The incredible feedback and news of progression and movement in your careers call for a celebration of both the companies and the individuals involved.

The Mentoring Initiative thrives on connection. The past few months have paired mentees with professionals in either their dream role or the role they are currently moving into. We were excited to hear that this made your career transitions seamless, opening the floor for you to ask the questions you weren’t sure how (or who) to ask.

‘I learnt how to go after things that I want, and how to enable the conversations that I would usually avoid.’

You find your perfect mentor through an online personality test. This ensures that we can cherry-pick the support you need most, whether it be workplace confidence or advice on career changes.

The initiative achieved far more than matching mentees with mentors in their current or desired industry: the initiative connected people. This year has seen you find reasoning, unbiased guidance and social support; helping us all find our feet after a long year.
